Any excuse to eat lots of chocolate is a good one. It's all about candy for me, too! My husband has forgotten it was Valentine's Day the last two years in a row, but hey, it's okay. He brings me flowers for no reason on other days, and I'd rather have that.
If you're buying chocolates, the Turtle Alley ones are awesome! I buy my mom the classic turtles (milk chocolate and cashews) and get myself some fudge or peanut butter cups. :)
