Julie you totally rock! Leftover lunch is THE BEST RADIO SHOW ON THE AIR!!! I moved to Boston in 1986 & found this gem of a station called WFNX & loved it-I think you may have been on at that point so do me a favor-Dopeslap the Sandbox regarding Roxy Music!!! I know they think they're cool because they just moved out of their parent's basements at 30 but don't alienate the base fans that made the station great, ok? Roxy Music Avalon is still one of the best albums to f*ck to ever & musically still very tight! Vampire Weekend will come & go (and I like them, b ut still...) they shouldn't screw with the classics. Anyhow, peace out-if you could play Disappointed by PIL-no one ever does but I think it's a stitch!

Julie you totally rock! I moved to Boston in 1986 & I think you may have been on this totally cool station called fnx back in the day playing the coolist songs on the dial. From one rocker to another, tell the sandbox to stop dissing Roxy Music-It was great then & still is & when they do that slacker "I'm cool 'cause I don't live in my parent's basement so now my opinion matters" crap cause they don't like it alienates us who still like alt music & listen to the station. They don't get that the people who they're catering to probably listen to satellite & not them so tell them to cut the shit ok? Leftover lunch is the best show on radio-I recycle everything so you should be cool with that. Keep up the good work Julie-can you play Disappointed by Public Image Ltd for me-I love that song & no one plays it @ fnx-don't know why. Peace out!

Btw , what ever happen to long time former dj Joanne Doody ? As I recall , she was around when FNX started back in 1983.
