New England Product: This Week in Local Rock
Good evening, NEP snow bunnies. If you managed to dig yourselves out of the inches covering out city once again the area, I’m sure you noticed that we stayed up a bit later than usual on Sunday. New England Product is now on from 11 – midnight.
This week, Dave Duncan and I were joined by our first guests of 2009, Logan 5 and the Runners. The guys came by to share some music from their brand spankin’ new album “Featurette.” The CD will be available at CD Baby, on their websites, and local stores soon. They’ll be celebrating its release on Saturday, 1/17, at Great Scott. In addition to telling us all about the new music and show, the band discussed the origins of their band name, which was apparently this:
There are lots of awesome shows coming up in the area this week. Here’s where I am hoping to be, even if it means cloning myself to do so.
