  In regards to the Mozart thing, when you stream instead of listening to the radio signal, it doesn't stream commercials, but PSA's instead.  The ad is for supporting arts education in schools and how this helps kids in the long run.  It's to the tune of Eine kleine Nachtmusik, which makes it quite annoying.
