Best Worst Nu-Metal Band - Fight 1

Welcome to the first fight in  our latest fight bracket!

We have made it our mission to decide which of these awful bands is the best.

Let's get this party started!

In the red corner we have Limp Bizkit with "Nookie"!

And in the blue corner it's Crazy Town with "Butterfly"!

Which of these to awful songs is the best?

Leave your vote in the comments.

It's gotta be the Bizkit.  They started the whole NuMetal scene, or at least they were the biggest.  Crazy Town's Butterfly? I get the Nu part, but were is the Metal?  Limp Bizkit brings both.

Nookie should take this one hands down.  The anger, the beat...and it works just as well for girls as it does for guys.  Still on my playlist for when I need that extra kick at the gym

I hated Butterfly from the first time I heard it.  Yeah, it's got a great rhythm but even that isn't enough to make up for the horrible lyrics.

Its a battle between a song about falling in love and a song about finding out the girl is a back-stabbing bitch who was only really good at giving head.  I've voting for nookie

Limp Bizkit hands down for three reasons.

They both suck donkey balls, but I gotta give it to Crazy Town because the chick on their album cover makes me feel kinda funny.

    Bizkit!!

    "Had a hidden agenda,

she put my tender heart in a blender,

    and still i surrendered"

    That is poetic

I have to go with Limp Bizkit.

Metal songs are supposed to want you to bang your head against the wall. Nookie fits that category.  Butterfly just makes me want to gauge my eyes out.

    I'm voting Crazy Town.

Bizkit's Three Dollar Bill Y'all was a great album. It's also the only one that Wes contributed to. Fred Durst was like, "This is my band, I'm taking it where I want. And by that I mean, into the crapper." And then all the other albums sucked...

    Bizkit wins this one easily...

    Are "Crazytown" related to "O-town"???

    Me forgets.

Deciding on these two bands is like deciding what STD would i prefer more. But seeing the dude from Crazy Town is probably more sad than Fred Durst, i'll go with Crazy Town.

So, wait, is this one of those cases where "which is the best" is really which is the worst?  As in, sucking more makes you superior?

If so, I think Bizkit could....go....all...the...way!
