There is no debating that we all like to have a good time. Sometimes those good times can go deep into the night/morning.

And sometimes it is just smarter to go home before the party goes that late.

Benefits of going home early? More sleep. Less chance of hangover. Probably won't embarrass yourself in front of others.

Disadvantages? You could miss something. Like your friend putting his head through a window. Or YOU putting your head through a window!

Defeat is never easy to handle and sometimes we just refuse to accept it.

Take former Mayor of Lynn "Chip" Clancy for example. He called for a recount of the mayoral election that he had lost by 27 votes.

A recount was done and Clancy ended up losing by 30 votes the second time around. Oops!

The Sandbox talks to Bruins defenseman Andrew Ference (almost) every Tuesday morning during the Bruins season and in the past two years we have become close with him.

Recently he voiced his disdain for the Owl City song "Fireflies". Everyone is entitled to an opinion but you can't argue that song is a huge hit.

Since Andy has been on a scoring drought lately we thought he needed something to perk him up.

What better to do that than a new nickname?

So we decided to give Andy a new nickname and a new look.
