Mormons..where?

I let Charlie have another crack at getting arrested after my 300 mile trip through Utah.  What did this trip include you may ask?  Well it starts with our car, this one below but green and this long stretch of road with no service stations...

There is a video that will follow this blog but let's just say that when a gas light goes on it means you are low on fuel.  When you pass a sign that says no service for the next 40 miles, they mean it.  After long sections of my white knuckles on the wheel we made it to a Shell station - 20.6 gallons were purchases.  The car manuel says the tank is 20 gallons with a max fill capacity of 20.5 gallons.  Fumes!  We made it on fumes! 

On the bright side here are some of the views we had after we got gas.

A few miles after we hit up the Black Dragon Rest Area to take these photos it started snowing, yup we are in shorts with the AC on and it was snowing. Go us. 200 miles to Vegas!
