OFFICIAL WFNX ROAD TO COACHELLA RULES
Entry Details:
1. Submit your video link to promotions@wfnx.com between March 8th and March 26th, 2010 explaining why should be the one to ride cross country to Coachella in Indio, California with Private Snowball & Kevin Begley, staying in the Sapporo House, meet great bands, see exclusive performances from the Sapporo House and win ticket to the entire Coachella 2010 festival.
2. Video submissions will be posted at WFNX.com starting on March 15th, 2010
3. WFNX listeners will be prompted to visit wfnx.com to watch the videos and click the link below each video in order to vote for their favorite video submission.
4. The winning video submission and a guest will win the grand prize road trip Coachella 2010!
Contest Rules:
1. All General WFNX contest rules apply.
2. One video submission per person.
3. Videos will be places on wfnx.com as they are received.
4. One vote per email address.
5. Voting will end at 11:59pm on March 26th.
6. In the event of a tie the winning videos will be placed in a 24 hour online run off at wfnx.com. In the event of a tie after the online run off, the winner will be chosen via the earliest submission to promotions@wfnx.com.
7. Must be 21 years of age to enter the contest.
8. All aspects of all prizes or Grand Prize is non-transferable.
9. You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with User Submissions, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize WFNX to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Service.
10. In connection with User Submissions, you further agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant WFNX all of the license rights granted herein.
11. WFNX, MCC Broadcasting nor the Phoenix Media Communications Group does not endorse any User Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and WFNX, MCC Broadcasting or the Phoenix Media Communications Group expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Submissions. WFNX, MCC Broadcasting or the Phoenix Media Communications Group does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and WFNX will remove all Content and User Submissions if properly notified that such Content or User Submission infringes on another's intellectual property rights. WFNX reserves the right to remove Content and User Submissions without prior notice.
12. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WFNX, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the WFNX Website; (ii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iii) any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use WFNX.com
