At Waterville Valley, there is a little bit of something for everyone, but the emphasis is on little bit if you are an accomplished skier. Though the area made its name in the race arena, those courses are limited. However, for those who love black diamonds, you won’t be disappointed with the level of difficulty Waterville’s black diamonds demand. A word of caution to the beginners, the blue squares are true intermediate runs – so if you’re still in the learning stages, stick to the beginner terrain such as the Valley Run which has the new high-speed quad taking you to the top in 4.5 minutes.
